Problem with test server

Garage is not opening on test server.

my friend 22_boss was a generallisimo. Then one day he deleted me from friends and when i sent him a freind request he was the rank of Recruit. What happened to him??? Please tell me!

When we get premium we dont get the premium module! Why was this changed? Is this a mistake? No fair ! It wasnt like this in the past. Please tell me or tell the developers to change this or give me a reason why.
