ReShade/SweetFX
Is it possible to use ReShade or SweetFX on the downloaded version of Tanki?
If so, will I be banned for using it (because a 3rd-party application is affecting the game)?

Use of Third-party software is prohibited by the Game Rules, and hence, ReShade or SweetFX are not allowed to use in the game. With that said, whether or not it is possible to use them in the downloaded Tanki client is far to think about. Have a sweet day there!
