Tanki Online Client Is Not Opening

Hello!

The client which we download and open is not opening means when we open it a small windows comes and there is written tanki online that one and then a big window opens to Play or Exit that big window is not coming. It takes too long or sometimes it does not come,Is it because of internet or something else?. Please Help
