Daily missions difficulty / reward ratio
I got a mission that told me to kill 150 people so I would receive 6 repair kits and 18 double damage kits. I also got a mission to collect some double armor supply crates and that gave me 900 crystals (almost a gold box!). Does the reward of a mission relate to the difficulty of the mission?

Yes , Whenever the mission was difficult and need time to do it, whenever the reward was a great.
