A ban without the owner's knowledge...

My friend Just_one_Shoot got banned for a month because one of his friends guessed his password and he got into his account, went to a moderator and kept insulting him without Just_one_Shoot's knowledge.... 

The account is banned without the owner's interfere so if there is anyway in which anyone can help us, then please let me know....
