Hello, this is due to the hardware limitation of your keyboard itself called as keyboard ghosting which doesn't allow you to use a set of keys at the same time. The only solution to this is to get a higher tier keyboard or an alternate that can be done is to change the keycontrols in the settings to ones which work.
