Client ERROR

Keep getting this error in the client. Any fix?

Did try to reinstall and delete the files in %AppData%

Ps:

I have a stable internet connection. Rebooting my modem did not fix it.

Clear Internet Explorer cache and Flash Player cache.

Yeap it works fine in browser.. and on standalone flash player
