What does the chat command /vote mean? I've heard of it, but never used it. Please tell me if you know. thanks!

/vote Nickname chat command is used to vote against violators of the game (sabotage, hackers). When at least 25% of the players present in the battle report someone, moderators get a notification and join the battle to deal with the violator.
