eSports Checker Guide

eSports Checker is a program specially designed for eSports in Tanki Online, to prevent violations of the game and eSports Rules. The program works by sending screenshots and reports with a list of processes going on in the computer several times a minute. Using the program is a prerequisite to participate in official tournaments, there are paragraphs of Rules dedicated to it in each and every tournament.

Usage Instructions

Before participating in an official tournament, carefully read these instructions on how to use the software,

Windows:

Step 1: Launch the program and choose your language.

Step 2: Read the important information related to the application and click on “I accept eSports Checker installation” to continue.

Step 3: Enter your UID Code (Unique Identification Code) found in your Tankisport profile in the blank field specified for it and click on “LOGIN VIA UID” to log in to the program.

Or, simply hit on the “LOGIN VIA BROWSER” button to automatically enter the UID and log in to the program through your Tankisport authentication on your browser.

Step 4: Click on “START CHECKER” to start reporting.

Step 5: After the match is over, click on “STOP CHECKER” to stop reporting; and you are good to close the program.

macOS:

Step 1: Download the program and run it. If you face a security message avoiding the program to launch, click "Cancel" and open "Security & Privacy" from "System Preferences". In the "Security & Privacy" menu, choose 'Open Anyway' to launch the program.

FAQ

Q: How to get my UID?

A: You can find your UID from your Tankisport profile.


Q: What to do if my eSports Checker does not work?

A: In case of problems with eSports Checker, contact eSports Officials.


Q: My eSports Checker is broken. What could I do?

A: Problems that may arise on our part are corrected as soon as possible. If a problem arises on our side, then the checker is not made available to the players. If the checker is broken for some players, while works fine for other players - then the problem is most probably from those who experience the issue and they should find ways to solve it.


Q: Tanki Online lags when I play with eSports Checker. What to do?

A: According to the 5th point of Terms of Use for eSports Checker, a player must have a stable Internet connection with an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps to use eSports Checker. You cannot play official eSports tournaments without the program.

Q: Does eSports Checker slow down my computer?

A: No. While eSports Checker is running, it uses no more than 5 Mb of RAM and processor resources extremely poorly.


Q: I got an error, "The entered code does not fit the UID format". Help!

A: If you encounter this error, compare your UID with the one you entered. Perhaps you copied it incorrectly or added extra spaces somewhere.


Q: I received an error, "UID does not exist or is blocked". What to do?

A: If you encounter this error, compare your UID with the one you entered. Perhaps you copied it incorrectly or used an old UID. Most likely, you made a mistake while copying.


Q: I got an error, "Socket Error # 10060. Connection timed out". Please help!

A: This error is caused by an unstable or slow Internet. Please check your Internet connection.


Q: I got an error, "Old version, please update". Any way out?

A: If you encounter this error. See if you find a "Yes" button and click it to proceed. If you find no such button or using macOS, download the new version from Tankisport.


Q: I got an error, "Could not load SSL library". How to fix it?

A: If you encounter this error, place these files (http://ru.es4.tv/libeay32.dll and http://ru.es4.tv/ssleay32.dll) exactly in the same folder where the eSports Checker program file is located.


Q: Any solutions? I got an error, "Error connecting with SSL. ... tslv1 alert protocol version".

A: If you encounter this error, place these files (http://ru.es4.tv/libeay32.dll and http://ru.es4.tv/ssleay32.dll) exactly in the same folder where the eSports Checker program file is located.


Q: I enter my UID, but it says it is incorrect. Please fix!

A: Please make sure you have entered the UID correctly. If your problem persists, contact an eSports Official.


Q: Can I use the same UID for different accounts?

A: No, each UID is private and meant only for that account.


Q: I do not want to use the eSports Checker program. Is it okay?

A: No, then you cannot participate in official eSports tournaments.


Q: Can I check if eSports Checker recognizes cheat?

A: No. If you run hacks, you break the Game Rules and your account will result in suspension. It does not matter if it was done for the test or otherwise.

Terms of Use

1. The following rules apply to all tournaments that prescribe eSports Checker.

2. The player UID is private. It is forbidden to transfer UID to third parties.

3. In case of a nickname change, the player must log in to Tankisport so his nickname automatically changes on this resource.

4. In addition to the kinds of software prohibited by the Game Rules while participating in official tournaments, it is also prohibited to use the following software:

  • Software that allows other players to use your IP address (example: Hamachi)
  • Software that allows you to provide remote access to a PC (example: Team Viewer and programs that use Remote Desktop Protocol)
  • Software that can download an online feed during official matches (example: uTorrent)

5. To use eSports Checker, a player must have a stable Internet connection with an upload speed of at least 5 Mbps.

6. Any attempts to hack/bypass eSports Checker will lead to an eternal suspension from eSports.

7. The player must not disable eSports Checker until the end of the match. After starting to report, the player is not recommended to open other windows on the screen other than the game.
