Video of the Week is a weekly contest, presented and documented in the official Video Blog, usually published every Friday~

Now here are a few common questions and answers:

Q: How can I participate in this contest?
A: Submit your entry via this form.

Q: How long can my video be?
A: The video must be 30 seconds or shorter.

Q: In what format should my video be submitted?

A: Only Youtube links are acceptable.

Q: What is the reward of winning the contest?
A: The reward is 50 000 crystals.

Q: If there are multiple participants, how is the reward divided?

A: The reward is divided equally between participants. The amount of rewards is also increased in team competitions. 

Q: Must participants send in their own names and the names of their helpers?

A: They must send names of people who should receive crystals for the video, in their opinion.

Q: What if the video is submitted by neither of the participants of the video?

A: Then it gets disqualified.

Q: What is the deadline every week for submitting a video?
A: It is recommended to submit your video one day before the actual V-LOG (released every Friday) as some series of checks has to been made before making a decision on the winning video. If submitted too late, the video will be rejected and not reconsidered as the theme of the Video Of the Week changes weekly.

On special cases where the V-LOG crew goes on a short holiday, the theme of the VOTW stays the same and entries are accepted until the day of the publishment of the next episode of the V-LOG.

Q: Is it possible for a video to be published in a different week than the week of its submission?

A: Yes it is.

Q: Can the same videos be submitted multiple times?
A: It can, but that doesn't increase the chances of it winning.
