color shot are missing from garage

dear support team  teams support  i do get two color shot since a week ago one yellow i got to use it and one violet i could not equip them now both are not available in my garage and i could not equip  them

Please contact the Tanki Tech Support via this form. (If you don't own the specific turret but received a Shot Effect then you may not be able to Equip it, also try restarting/re-entering the game).
