losing my progress in missions
I was on my fourth week and I was completing my missions every day and then one day (two days ago) I noticed that I was 2 and a half weeks behind. Was this a malfunction? Please help!

If you did your missions everyday then it can't be that it dropped you down in chain, must be that you missed some days so it dropped you. If you really think you didn't miss any day then contact TechSupport using this form, they can check that up.
