I see people with Isida M3 at my rank, but I can't seem to get it in the shop or in the garage. Why can't I get it? Is it from the 2016 update?

It's one of old kits, which you can't purchase anymore.

my other acc is 1 diamond the rank but none of the kits that i wantd came up like simoon, tornado or boar kit my other acc is saajid can someone tell me y they arent showing up or if someone can fix this
