Tanki Online Facebook Mini-games
I know that on Tanki Online's Facebook page, they have mini-games such as Mine Hunt and Shooting Range; but I don't have Facebook so isn't there a way to play those games without Facebook?

Theoretically someone with Facebook could give you the link after it is posted, though that wouldn't be a practical solution, as hundreds of people click the link all at once the instant it is posted, and race to join the battle. Thus, you'd be unable to join in time to participate. It is called a Facebook Mini-Game for a reason.
