Tank test tool

Can I get a latest verion of TTT i.e Tank test tool? or a similar program like lvk mdk like that?

excuse me, but in the video
Tanki Online UFO, Vipermonster shows us "hull8" (the UFO) from TTT (I found it in the TLVK v1.1 mod) in the hulls, but i cant get the -hull8.3DS- file or the -hull8details.jpeg- file to work in the program, please, can somone help me?
I would love it if i could use this tank with the tool, thanks! :D
