help cant enter my account

hi i have experienced this twice first time on my sergeant major account and second on my warrant officer 1 account today
in the middle of a battle it said server connection closed and i clicked reload but when it asked for me to log in it said password was incorrect even though i typed carefully. im sure someone is hacking and i havent linked an email. please respond. i am very sad :-(
