Redeeming Tanki GIfts
A friend of mine gifted me a Golden Watch to try and help me save up crystals to get a new hull upgrade, but I can't find if it can be changed to crystals. Is it possible to turn the gift in for crystals? Do the gifts even do ANYTHING? If the gift can be turned into crystals, can that be added soon?

Sending gifts is a nice way to show people that you care about them. Apart from that, gifts have no "secret" purpose, and you cannot change the gift you received with crystals.
