THIS IS URGENT!
hello,
I need help on how to reserve my nickname on tanki x. Even though I have tried to do it, it says that I have to be on the rank sergeant or above. Well I am on sergeant but it would not except it. As many times I try. Can you please help me with this issue?

I entered your username, and it said that you need to link your Tanki account to an email.
You'll then probably have to open up your email and click some verification link

Now when I tried to reserve it said that I need to have the rank sergeant or higher. but I am staff sergeant? And I have linked it to an email? Please help!!
