Hello Moderator, I had the same issue again yesterday evening 29 July 2016, I sent an email to email@example.com, please find below my email and the unprofessional response I got back from customer services.
At 19:09 today Server EN2 game CTF I went into garage to purchase 51 double damage, when I came out of the garage I noticed that you had taken the crystals for the double damage but did not give me 51 double damage. I then went back into the garage to purchase 21 double damage and again you had taken my crystals and did not give me the double damage. Total 3600 crystals you have taken and not given me double damage in return.
Please refund me the 3600 crystals as I always pay for my crystals, I am disappointed that this has happened and expect you to resolve this matter as soon as possible thank you.
