See my screenshot, I completed for three days all the missions, but at the bar you can see only 2 its not change to 3
Even the main task bar, right on level parameters, disappeared the parameters of experience an another one I don"t remember

You have completed 2 missions chains in a row and are currently doing the 3rd week.
You have to complete and claim the reward of at least one mission per day for seven days to complete a chain. You have done that for 3 days in 3rd week, keep up the pace for next 4 days you'll move on to the 4th week chain.
To your second question, it's not only you. The ratings from the experience bar has been removed by our game programmers.
