Lost animated paint and mission progress due to server maintenance

So, what happened is, I got container from weekly missions, opened it and got legendary animated paint, soon after that server shuted down, after 2 hours server returned but once I joined my missions weren't completed, and the paint was gone as well. How can I get paint back?
