Someone is accessing my account!

somone, is accsesing my acc. i come on and i have to reload the game ,

i have different paints everytime, and i think i know who it is. i will notify, but please stop this person coming in
if anyone other than england pops up on my acc block him, pls,

and i can't change pass either

all my 4 ultra and for normal containers are gone :(

pls

AND HE HAS SPENT ALL MY CRYSTALS ON TRASH pls refund :(

and can you refund the crystals? this morning i logged on and found 6k crystals GONE

But if you have already contacted them using the form given above, please let them know about this in that same support ticket by adding a reply to their response. They will look into the matter and add back the missing Crystals if needed.

and can you ban Mr.Lightening 

he is the one hacking.

I have one Email? right? I did change it from a blocked email address ( #@gmx.com) to my current one. I THOUGHT it went succesfully....

Hey, we apologize for not reaching you out in time, and we are glad you are all good now.

The e-mail you received was from the Customer Service (Technical Support) team informing you that you can only link one e-mail account to one Tanki account. If you want to change the e-mail account linked to your account, then you have to either request it to them (via this form if you haven't already in some way) or change it yourself from the game's settings if you have access to your account.
