Hello!
This paint is no longer available, and was only available for a 14 day duration, between December 19, 2018 and January 2, 2019. During the duration of time that the paint was available, it was said that the paint wouldn't ever be released anywhere else after the bundle went away, and failure to purchase it during that time frame would result in your never being able to obtain the paint.
