Unfortunately, since you broke 2.1.8 of the game's rules (transfer of accounts), your account will not be unbanned. You should have thought more critically before giving your account password to someone else, and thought about the consequences.
I suggest that with your future accounts, you don't do the same, as you have know the punishment for doing so.

It isn't possible, unfortunately. As I said before, you should have thought more closely before breaking a rule that could result in a permanent blocking of your account.
