Unfortunately, promo codes can not just be given out randomly, they are given for specific purposes. If you want to get your hands on a promo codes, you can find them in multiple places, most notably, as a reward from the YouTuber TO program for receiving a large number of views within a month on YouTube videos you upload, or from giveaways held on the official YouTube channels the game possess (see this article for links to such channels).
