Prizes from the official events get directly added to the players' accounts. Please contact an Event Administrator through Forum PM. We do not have jurisdiction in this matter, unfortunately.
However, seeing the Events Prizes History, no player has received their prizes from the Tanki Race event (as well as from Save the Gold and Last Man Standing 2 that was organized before it).

Hi, can someone pls help, I participated in Tanki race on 30th april 2021 and came 2nd place. Upon checking the event prize history, I have found my name in it with the concerned reward. But to my surprise, nothing has been credited to my acc till now.
Hey, because the Events Prizes History has your nickname mentioned as a winner to receive the prizes for that event, please wait a couple of days and check again. If your reward(s) is/are still not in your account, please contact an Event Administrator through a private message on the English forum.
