Long loading time after having chosen a battle in the HTML5 version (browser Chrome)

Hello.

When wanting to play (playing in Chrome - the problem doesn't seem to be in Firefox - haven'rt tried other browser) and after having chosen a game the normal waiting picture come (Pic_1.png) and after the normal waiting time the loading picture comes (
Pic_2.png), which also is quite normal. But in the last couple of weeks this loading time have become very long. Before it was 1-10 seconds, now it's 40 to 80 seconds, in average around one minute. This means that the team you're joining in this time is missing a player and the player self get a lot less time to play (10-20% less time) resulting in less game performance possibilities.

Don't know what has caused this problem - it doesn't matter if I play on an older machine with less power or with a pretty new with a lot of power.

So at the moment I play in Firefox, though it normally is slower than Chrome.

Do you know what causes this to happen and can you fix it, so I again can play in Chrome?

Regards, Kevin

Hey, it could be due to one of the following:

1) Poor internet connection;
2) Too many programs running on the background or less RAM available;
3) No hardware acceleration; Enabling hardware acceleration in Chrome (Found at the end of the article)
4) Excess cache accumulation. How to clear your browser's cache?

Please ensure all or anyone of these are alright and see if your problem is fixed. In the near future, a client for the new HTML5 version will be released, that will work much better and will avoid these issues.
