Controls stop working randomly

For some reason, my controls stop working randomly when I'm playing a battle. It gets temporarily solved if I press any of the buttons on the top right (eg: friends, missions, garage), but after about 5-10 seconds the same thing happens. This only happens in the downloadable client. In Chrome it works perfectly.
