Old Account didn't receive the Crystals

this account im using to write this topic atm is a very old one

when we used to have 1 and 10 crystal boxes being dropped from sky

like 2013 or earlier

i was playing on another account too

when this big update happened the "upgrades" one

when they made everything higher and added micro upgrades i guess

before that almost everyone had the 1st 3 guns at m3

my other account when the update came out i took crystals

and as i read at that time

it was depending on what i had upgraded in my garage

and i didn't login into this account and took the crystals

now after years im back to play the game and wanted to open my old account it say that i violated rules

but i managed this thing with support team ( thx for the fast response btw )

and now my account is unblocked but what i see is i only had like 2k crystals

i remember i took on the smaller account like +100k when the update came out

is this because the update was too old ?

so no one gets the crystals based on his upgrades back again like i said

cause its very weird that i dont take it and start like fresh new with 2k only at warrant officer 1

making it just ironic enough for the time spent on game before

 what should i do now ?
