Shot Effect Bug?
Im kind of new but i won the Aqua Shot effect for Ricochet, However when i go to the garage i don't find it, i thought i just didn't know how to equip them so i watched some videos on them but it looks like there's a "Shot Effect" option that is missing as it should be by the "Alternations"?

Clear the cache of the software you use to run the game and try again.
This is a bug with lower modifications of turrets, developers are working on it.
