Didn't receive skins from challengers

I've havereached the top tier of the challenges, but I cannot find Hornet xt and railgun legacy. During challenges I've won even Gold(tier 4), Toxic (tier 21) and Blue (tier 41). What are they and where can i find them?

Click on your equipment and check the skins icon. The skin should be there and you need to press equip.
