No crystals gained from Gold Box and conatiner isn't recieved as well

I just caught the black gold box (container one) in Yorkshire in DeathMatch and no crystals gained and when i saw gargage no conatiner added this happened with me a week ago but i thought maybe I don't remebember the exact amount so I didn't paid attention but this time I'm 100% sure no crystals gained and nor any conatiner added,

Kindly look into this matter and resolve it.
