Not Receiving Premium Bonus
As a Premium User, shouldn't I receive a doubled amount of crystals? I mean, if the score is 200, for example, shouldn't I get 400 crystals as a Premium User?

The Score is not directly related with the rewards received after each battle. Also, premium account rewards do not display in a sperate tab anymore but it is included in the same final rewards tab. You did receive double amount of crystals which explains why you received the highest amount of crystals in your team at such position. Logically speaking.
