I BOUGHT A BATTLE PASS AND NOW ITS GONE AFTER 3 SECONDS????

So i had 3,505 crystals left and I bought a PRO battle pass. and then when i clicked the battles list, it said i needed a pro battle pass? so i checked the garage and guess what? my battle pass was gone and so were my crystals. whats going on here?
