Hooligan kit problem
I want to know why I can't get the hooligan kit and i am a first sergeant. The only kits that shows up are the Bulldog kit, Hero kit, and the supplies 100 kit

Product kits are on a random pattern rotation. If it's not here wait for the show which is shown below the current kits to expire then a new kits set will appear but specific kits might not appear as i already mentioned previously the product kits are in random rotation.
