Unfair Ban
HI i let my cousin play the game on my account and he has gotten 2 of my accounts banned for reasons insults/profanity. I will not be letting him use them again. Is there any way these bans can be lifted?

P.S. this is not the first time he has done this he has given my name quite a bad reputation in the chatrooms is there a way I can change my passwords as well?
