The missions do not work for me

Greetings,

Click on 'Battle' located at the very top of the battle list. Looks like this:

Choose a game mode and MatchMaking system will place you in a battle. 
From there, you should able to complete your missions.
Note: Game mode needs to match what your mission requires to.
