i have entered my gift card number but it keep saying that it,s a duplicate card number and won,t let me go any futher however my money is still on the card and i can,t buy anything

Hello.

Gift cards can only be used once and you need to waste all it's amount in one purchase, so if you bought anything with it before you won't be able to buy with it again.
