Running the game itself

How come when loading my game the URL/Link is different and has HTML and Russian next to "Tanki Online" it looks like this TankiOnline- HTML5 and then Russian words. My game wont run and the fonts are screwed up in the game, how do I fix this I haven't been able to play in two weeks?
