Problem solved
No crystals gained from goldbox
I caught a goldbox yesterday on December 31st. It said I caught it in orange letters on top of the screen and it updated my amount of goldboxes caught in my profile. There are not 1000 more crystals in bank though. Please help.

Hello.
Could be that you catched a Black Box, which is Container, to open it simply go into your garage, press on ''Special'' and there you can open your Container.
