Keyborads is not working well

MY keyboards is not working well i moving my tank and rotate my turret i cant shoot  i have very good keyboard like hp and trust but my friend are you very small price keyboard but its working well and moving tank when he shooting and  moving his turret but i cant How ? Please help me tell me its problem of any software or other
