I keep searching and searching for tournaments but there was only clan tournaments is there a tournament for singleplayers only?

We now don't have active Solo tournaments. Follow the eSports section of the Forum.
Yes there are they are called facebook battles and they are on every so often. Be sure to check tanki online facebook profile every so often
Other than Facebook battles, you can also participate in tournaments organised by other players.

Go to solo in cybersports section it is a bunch of 1vs1 tournaments some with 32 people.
If you're asking about an official, organized 1vs1 tournament by StarLadder, the answer is: no, such a thing does not exist.
