Compact tank does not work

Hi all, I have hired Compact tank on firebird weapon but, damage Is the same of standard setting. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Hello.

Make sure you have Alteration Equipped, it should look like this:

And make sure you play in battles where Alterations are enabled.
