I can not upgrade titan M1, twins M0 and oth.

I have commander degree but I can not upgrade titan M1, twins M 0, hammer M0, thunder M0, railgun M0,hornet M 0.

Since higher modifications can be obtained at your rank, you cannot buy M0/M1.

In the Tanki wiki the rules says Available from this rank... ! THERE IS NO ....from this... to this .... rank, ... so WE WANT JUSTICE!
