There is no way you can report someone in a server chat, but if you'd like to stop seeing their messages, click on their name, and proceed to click, "Ignore".

some person stole crystals from me please help it was ZootopianGurl please she sstole 5003 crystals

There's no way to report a player directly from the server chat, but you can take a screenshot and post it in Chat violators section of the forum. Read the section rules before getting started :)
