Can the XT Railgun and XT Hornet be unlocked by Majors and above?
Hey guys,in the 50th episode of the v-log they told us that generallissmos can unlock it by completing the super missions.Is it posssible for someone at the rank Major or above to complete and earn these premium equipment?

No, it is not possible for ranks lower than Generalissimo to complete the mission. The mission is only available for Generalissimos.
