How often do you get a Double crystal card each month?

Its nearly been a whole month and I haven't got a single Double crystal card. I really want to get one before the Daily prizes end due to the new missions. - Raanish

Hey Moderator(s), I am not going to be purchasing any crystals without a double crystal card, it would be foolish for me too, so if you want more people to buy crystals you should give them out more. Tankionline isnt getting anymore of my money until i receive one. Just a friendly suggestion.

It is purely random. On some days you receive it, while on others you don't.
