problems with discounts

actually i am a warrant officer 4 ..i have 5 m1 turrets ,which are shaft,firebird,striker,twins and isida.....and all the other turrets are m0 except magnum[i didnt buy it yet]and i am not getting any discounts on the other turrets ...as told in vlog 60....same goes for hullss...4 m1 hulls and all others are m0 and as they told i should get 20%off...but i am not gettin it...is there any problem with something?????
