CANT ENTER THE GAME (ALL GREEN SCREEN/AN ERROR OCCUR)

lately I cant enter the game because when I enter the all screen become green and tanki tells me that an error occur. tanki tells me to re enter the game but it keeps happening. at the moment I cant enter any game so I need help to fix this problem. Thanks -YKNAGI2
