A while back, I sent Tanki Online support an email with the necessary info to reclaim my account. I was sent a password which did not work at all. I decided to use the email I had them associate the account with after the hacking to change the password. I simply got a notification declaring the link "Corrupted." I sent them another email, also explaining what had happened, but they just said that I could use the email verification link which did not work yet again.
I had quit Tanki Online a bit, and now I want my account back. I don't want to send another email with the default info, as I'm afraid that too many attempts will cause the account to be locked, and forever taken out of my reach. What should I do? Ought I send another email, or contact some Moderator who can direct me on a better way to get my account back. If a Helper could directly answer my question, that would be wonderful, and some secondary advice from players who have had the same problem.
Note: I am sending this from a secondary account I had made, just in case of things like this.
